I grew up with a creative mother who exposed me to all kinds of arts and crafts, this probably explains my love of dabbling, creating and experimenting in many different mediums, so it is no surprise I define myself as a mixed media artist.

While I am mostly self-taught, when I was younger I did find attending fine art classes to learn the basics helped me build confidence in pursuing my craft.

My first ever exhibition was at Below 65 Gallery, I took three canvases to submit hoping they were good enough for display and all were accepted! I remember feeling so bubbly I thought I would explode I knew there and then that this was it, I would become a professional artist no matter what and I haven't looked back since.
