Making Deco Art Tags

So I made quite a few of these deco art tags last year (which are available here), so I decided to make a few backgrounds so that they would be ready for when I want to embellish them.

So in the video below I will show you how I made a set of beautiful gift tags out of cardboard and a few art supplies.
