Mixed Media on a Luggage Tag Using Water Soluble Pastels
So I felt like doing something arty but wanted to do something quick so I decided to decorate a luggage tag.
I used water soluble pastels from Hobbycraft as my main medium as well as book paper a stamp from Hobbycraft which I embossed and structure gel.
I really liked how it turned out and it was lots of fun experimenting with the pastels, see below for the video of the whole process and pictures.
