Checiegirl Creations Workshops
I run beginner-friendly art workshops, the classes touch on the step-by-step processes needed to create your own mixed media art pieces and or other related projects.
I also teach a variety of creative online classes on Outschool to a range of ages (9+), from mixed media to crochet and henna I will cover an array of techniques and skills. To find out more click here.
In the future, I plan to offer online classes to adults which you will be able to do within the comfort of your own home.

Handmade Paper & Journal Making Workshop
Do you enjoy upcycling materials? Then this workshop is perfect for you!
Attendees will learn how to upcycle scrap paper into lovely sheets of handmade paper and how to turn their papers into a beautiful handbound journal.
All materials will be provided (you are welcome to bring scrap paper if you like). Each attendee will leave with a finished upcycled journal.

Stamp Carving & Printing Workshop
Are you interested in learning how to make custom stamps to create your own uniquely printed item? Then this workshop is for you.
Attendees will learn how to carve their own stamps and how to create prints with their hand-carved stamps using lino block techniques.
All materials will be provided, and each attendee will leave with a printed tote bag.

Gelli Printing & Christmas Cardmaking Workshop
Do you enjoy playing with paints and creating your own Christmas stationary? Then this workshop is perfect for you!
In this workshop, attendees will learn various Gelli printing techniques and how to create a set of greeting cards using their prints.
All materials will be provided, and each attendee will leave with a set of beautiful artsy Christmas cards.

Mixed Media Art on Burlap Canvas Workshop
Have you always wanted to create a beautiful piece of mixed media art? Then this workshop is perfect for the dabbler and or beginner mixed media art enthusiast.
Attendees of the workshop will learn various mixed media and palette knife techniques, from creating a background straight through to the completion of a finished canvas.
All materials will be provided, and each attendee will leave with a finished piece of artwork, great as a gift for Mothers Day!

Wet Felting & Embroidery Workshop
Are you interested in crafting using textiles? Then this workshop may be just right for you, it's perfect for dabblers and beginners alike.
In this two-day course, attendees will first learn how to create a background using wet felting techniques and then how to embellish their felted backgrounds with embroidery.
All materials will be provided, and each attendee will leave with a finished piece of textile artwork.

Decorate a Tote Bag or Pencil Case Workshop
Participants will have the opportunity to decorate a tote bag or pencil case with fabric markers in any design they want.
Book your child/children's space in advance (to secure their spot) or drop in on the day.
All materials will be provided. Each attendee will leave with a decorated tote bag or pencil case.
